The "Happiest Place on Earth" is about to become the spaciest too, as you, your spouse and two children experience the best space rides at the Walt Disney World Resorts as VIP guests of two-time shuttle astronaut Winston Scott!
Your VIP adventure will include special access to such exciting attractions as Space Mountain and Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin at the Magic Kingdom and Mission:Space and Spaceship Earth at Epcot. Your day will be complete when you meet Mickey Mouse for a special photo shoot and then dine with Capt. Scott at an Epcot restaurant of your choice.
This package includes two night accommodations at a Disney resort and park hopper passes for two days (including your day with Captain Scott).
Selected to be an astronaut by NASA in 1992, Scott served as mission specialist on STS-72 Endeavor and STS-87 Columbia, and has logged a total of 24 days, 14 hours and 34 minutes in space, including 3 spacewalks totaling 19 hours and 26 minutes.
Transportation to and from the experience is not included. The actual date of the event, not to exceed one year after the close of the auction, will be determined by the above astronaut's schedule and space availability. WDW accommodation and restaurant choice will also be subject to availability. ASF reserves the right to disqualify the high bidder, to reject the high bid, and to accept a bid from a lower bidder, for any reason within their discretion, which shall be exercised in good faith. The winning bidder of this experience may be required to submit proof of identity and be subject to a background check. Hold harmless agreement required.
