The Astronaut Scholarship Foundation celebrated the crew of Apollo 12 during the 40th Anniversary Gala November 7, 2009 at the Radisson Resort in Cape Canaveral, FL. Four hundred guests wined and dined with renowned astronauts as Apollo 12 crewmembers Alan Bean and Dick Gordon took the stage to recount their 1969 mission to the moon! At least one astronaut crewmember from each Apollo mission was also in attendance, along with several space shuttle astronauts.
