Garriott's Autograph Raises Funds
To keep the excitement rolling, the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation offered space fans the chance to collect one of NASA's first Scientist-Astronaut's autograph in the premier mail-in signing of Skylab and Space Shuttle astronaut Owen Garriott from July 14 – August 24, 2009.
Proceeds from the signing supported the scholarship program and Leonardo's Discovery Warehouse, a hands-on arts and sciences museum in Enid, OK which Garriott co-founded.
