Excitement mounted as guests helped astronaut hosts Andy Allen, Bob Springer and Don Williams count down the last seconds of the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation's Shuttles Orbiting the Space Coast's Final Destination Auction during the October 8, 2009 reception at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. The uniquely painted Space Shuttle statues realized over $69,000 for the Foundation and confirmed the program to be a skyrocketing success. Congratulations to the winning bidders of these 22 extraordinary shuttle statues!
