Michael Neukamm is a shareholder with GrayRobinson, P.A., a Florida-based law firm.  Mike provides legal counsel to individuals and privately held businesses with regard to varied business, income tax and transactional matters, including organizing and structuring business entities and joint venture relationships, negotiating deal terms and addressing structural matters for mergers and acquisitions, and negotiating complex financing and restructuring transactions with both institutional and private funding sources.  In addition to being a member of the Florida Bar, Mike is a Certified Public Accountant.  Mike has been actively involved with supporting and advising the Foundation for over 20 years.

Mike is a proud grandfather of seven grandchildren.
