Carol is a seasoned executive and recognized global authority in organizational and digital transformation. As Global Leader of Wipro’s Organizational Change Management (OCM), she leads strategic governance, executive alignment, communications, and enterprise-wide change initiatives — all with a sharp focus on unlocking business value through technology-enabled and humanity driven transformation. 

With over three decades of leadership experience spanning executive strategy, communications, sales, program and project management, and organizational development, Carol has a proven ability to align people, processes, and culture to deliver measurable outcomes across industries and organizational scales. Her leadership is grounded in empathy, a deep understanding of the human dimensions of change, and a clear articulation of the “why” behind transformation. She excels in driving executive sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, and high-impact change strategies that enable successful ERP and digital transformations at scale. 

As a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders globally, Carol has guided organizations through complex change journeys with a focus on business agility, enterprise enablement, and long-term value creation. She has led the strategic direction of numerous transformation programs, launched early-adopter and innovation initiatives, and directed key enablement and readiness efforts. 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Carol is a published author and passionate speaker on organizational transformation, change and empathetic leadership, and strategic communications. She proudly serves on the Board of Trustees of the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation, where she co-founded The Leslie Way ASF Scholarship Fund and finds deep fulfillment in mentoring emerging ASF leaders in STEM and business. A four-time marathoner, Carol brings that same energy, perseverance, and heart to her leadership journey — always driven by purpose, people, and actionable impact.
