Astronaut Scholarship Foundation

Created By The Mercury 7 Astronauts

Visionary Circle

The Mercury Seven Astronauts had a clear vision for helping the United States stay at the forefront of technology. They envisioned a way to inspire students to pursue their education and careers in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) and to provide support to help them in that pursuit.

As true leaders, they turned their vision into reality by founding the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation (ASF). ASF provides educational programs to inspire thousands of students and has awarded more than $4 million dollars through the Astronaut Scholarship program.

If you picture yourself as a visionary and a leader, we invite you to join

This is YOUR opportunity to honor one of our nation’s greatest heroes! Choose the astronaut you want to honor and they or their family will be notified that you have chosen to recognize their great work in the space world.
