This Live Chat with an Astronaut (“Live Chat”) is being recorded. Each participant in this Live Chat, as a condition of participation and on behalf of himself, herself, and/or any minor children, consents and authorizes Astronaut Scholarship Foundation (“ASF”) to photograph, film and/or record the Live Chat, including the participation, presence, and/or activity of participants in the Live Chat, and to use, reproduce, use in other products and works, distribute, post, display, stream and share these recordings, including the name, likeness, and image of the participants, through and in association with ASF and ASF’s activities, events, websites, social media and the advertising, promotion, and sponsorship of ASF. Each participant further acknowledges that ASF cannot prevent other participants from taking screenshots or otherwise photographing or recording the Live Chat, and releases and holds harmless ASF from any claim, liability, or damages associated with the use or distribution of their likeness, images, or name associated with the Live Chat.
